Living in Trust

You can order Living in Trust by using the form below. The price of a printed paperback copy is $ 25 (+ $ 8 for postage).
Ordering is easy. Fill out the form providing your name and e-mail address and state the details of the delivery address in the 'adress details' box. When I receive your order, I will sent you an e-mail with a confirmation of your order and details for payment into my NZ bank account. As soon as I've received your payment, I will sent the book to the address you've indicated.

You can also order an E-book version. You receive a PDF-file of the book by e-mail (which you can print out if you prefer).
